What Happens Next
When we receive a complete notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We may forward the notice to the person who supplied the material. Incomplete notices may not be actioned.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with your contact details, a description of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your signature. We may restore the material as the law allows.
